AKBS entered into a collaboration with Academia Javier Mascherano.

AKBS Chairman, H.E. Prof. Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez, was appointed to act as their representative, oriented to the development of the Academia Javier Mascherano’s expansion in the Middle East Region.

Their football Academy’s model is based on recreational and formative tools implementation in order to complete other educational values that can make a difference in the region.

Academia Javier Mascherano is a federated football club focused on training, which has both children’s and youth divisions. The High-Performance Training Center is located in Lincoln, Province of Buenos Aires, aimed at young people from Argentina and from all over the world. In its 14 hectares, it has facilities of more than 3,500 square meters and 4 soccer fields.

AJM seeks to be a benchmark and global leader in the training of soccer players, based on their methodology, ForMas, forged in values and developed by their team of experts led by Javier Mascherano.

The paradigm of the footballer who receives information and seeks to complete it by his own means, without waiting to be trained, makes him an incomplete footballer.

On the other hand, the capacities of the trainer are essential for the athlete to assimilate values such as seriousness on a day-to-day basis, improvement of their virtues and correction of their defects, desire for “everyone” and not for “one”, more no matter how successful you are in your career.

In this sense, Javier Mascherano represents the values desired by any trainer in charge of a group of young athletes.

Javier Mascherano is the Argentine player with the most official matches played with the Argentine National Team. Together with Messi and Maradona, they are the only three Argentine players with four World Cup appearances. Former player of River Plate, Corinthians, West Ham, Liverpool, F.C. Barcelona and Hebei Fortune and Students of La Plata. His leadership is undisputed on and off the field and this is reflected in his book “The 15 steps of leadership”. “Convinced of being able to take academy football to another level and transmit everything that has been experienced to new generations”
