Professor Gopal Madhukar Mohadikar is an expert and renowned Faculty in the field of Maritime Training and Education. He has about 21 years of experience in Training and Education in the streams of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, Marine Engineering and Nautical Sciences.

Prof. Gopal Mohadikar received his Bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering from YCCE college of Nagpur University (INDIA). He has received his PG degree, Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, INDIA. He has done M. Tech in VNIT Nagpur under GATE Scholarship of Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

He has a rich experience of Professional Training and Education in many renowned Indian universities. He has worked as Faculty of Mechanical and Automation Engineering Department in Amity University, NOIDA, National Capital Region Delhi. He was associated as a Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering of Mumbai University.

He has served as a Trainer and Educator in Marine Engineering Department at PVPPCOE’s College of Engineering of Mumbai University.

Prof. Gopal Mohadikar is working as a Sr. Asst. Professor in Tolani Maritime Institute (Merchant Shipping Training College) Pune INDIA from last 14 years as Trainer and Educator to prospective Merchant Marine officers.

He has been training and educating to both Pre-sea as well as Post-sea Merchant Marine Officers working on Bulk carriers, Container Ships, Oil Tankers, Gas Tankers and various other Cargo Ships in many International Shipping companies such as Maersk Tankers, A.P. Moller Maersk, Chevron, Bernhard Schulte Ship Management, K-Line, NYK Ship Management PTE LTD, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, Synergy Marine Group, Stena Bulk, Seven Islands Shipping Ltd, TORM, Anglo Eastern, Mitsui O.S. K. Lines LTD, NORTHERN Marine Management Ltd, Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte. Ltd and many other shipping companies.

He has participated in more than 30 Short Term Training Programs as well as Faculty Development Programs in his long Professional Career for the enhancement of Technical as well as Administrative Competency. He has organized more than 12 Short Term Training Programs, Professional Development Programs and FDPs in Amity University, Mumbai University, Pune University and TMI, Pune.

He has delivered more than 25 Expert Lectures on various Areas of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, Marine Engineering in different colleges of Mumbai University, Pune University and Maritime Training Institutes.

He has worked as a Committee Member of Syllabus Design Committee for Post Graduate Courses of Amity University NOIDA and Mumbai University. He has been actively involved in Syllabus Design Committee of B. Tech Marine Engineering of Indian Maritime University, Chennai. He has worked as a Local Inquiry Committee Member of Mumbai University. He has an experience of Institute Level Coordinator of National Board of Accreditation (NBA) AICTE committee New Delhi. He has been working from last 18 years in the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) of ISO 9001-2008, ISO 9001-2015 at Amity University NOIDA, KJCSE Mumbai, PVPPCOE Mumbai and TMI Pune.

He is actively involved in the Design, Development and Delivery of Quality and Safety Training Programs for various Production Industries, Service Industries and Healthcare organizations.

He is actively involved in the Design of Technical Teachers Training Programs, FDP Design on Teaching Effectiveness in Higher Education. He has Designed and Developed many Training and Education Strategy programs for B. Tech and M. Tech students of Mumbai University, Pune University and Tolani Maritime Institute, Pune.

Prof. Gopal Mohadikar is a member of ISTE New Delhi. He is a member of International Higher Education Teaching and Learning (HETL) Association, New York. He is a Member of Learning and Development Professionals Club and International Teacher Training and Education Group. He is a Member of International Professionals Association of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science and Robotics. He is a Member of International Maritime Network, London. He is a Member of Tanker Shipping and Trade Networking Group as well as LNG Shipping and Terminals Networking Group. He is a Member of Global Marketing & Communications Professionals group.
