H.E. Prof. Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez has been officially appointed as the personal advisor of our esteemed Advisory Board Member His Excellency Lansana Kouyaté, who served as Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, Vice-President of United Nations Economic and Social Affairs Council (ECOSOC) and Prime Minister of Guinea, between other commitments.

As a lawyer, media and educational advisor he is a counselor of Royals Families and non-reigning dynasties, Prime Ministers, Presidents, and Senators around the World as well as an Honorary Ambassador of different organizations with consultative status at the United Nations. Since July of 2018, he is the President of the Private Council of the Prince Mahmoud Salah Al-Din Assaf, one of the most ancient Royal Families of the Middle East. 

He is an elected fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society, the Royal Society of Arts and the Royal Anthropological Institute of the United Kingdom and he has been knighted and honored by different churches, religions and representatives for service to the monarchs and heads of countries.

In 2020 he was appointed a Commissioned Kentucky Colonel, the highest honorary title bestowed by the Governor and the Secretary of State to recognize his remarkable accomplishments, contributions to Kentucky society, notable deeds, and outstanding service to a community, state, and the nation.

In his contributions to educational diplomacy, he was appointed as Doctor Honoris Causa in Human Rights and Diplomacy by the ASEAN University International and Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Peace Honoris Causa by Noble International University.
