On May 11, 2023, Dr. Luis Suarez received the inauguration as AMBASSADOR FOR UNIVERSAL PEACE for his constant humanitarian work universally. The Secretary and Ambassador Jaime Fernández Túpac, had the honor of presenting the medal, the pin and the diploma of recognition.
